Blandin Foundation lifts up rural voices on broadband in Star Tribune

The conversation about broadband access and use in Minnesota is heating up as the 2016 legislative session gets underway. To raise up the hundreds of rural voices that crafted the vision for broadband in Minnesota, our president, Dr. Kathy Annette, wrote an opinion piece that the Star Tribune is carrying today.
In it she celebrates the good work done by local leaders across the state, but insists that we must do better, faster.
The only way to do better is to move forward as one state, saying, “Achieving the vision that Minnesotans say they want for themselves and their children will require leadership, investment and cooperation at all levels.”
