Information Session: NEA Citizens’ Institute on Rural Design

National Endowment for the Arts offers the Citizens’ Institute on Rural Design, a program for communities of 50,000 or less to make arts and culture a core part of community development plans. April 11 office hours available to assist communities as they consider applying.
